Rule ID

To retrieve specific rule, enter the unique identifier of the rule. You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The search retrieves all the Active rules with number similar to that entered here.

Rule Description

To retrieve rule with specific description, enter rule description here. You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The search retrieves all the Active rules with description similar to that entered here.

Rule Type

To retrieve rules of specific type, select the rule type from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the following: Minimum Rest, Minimum Rest Aggregate, Maximum Flight Hour Limit Aggregate and Minimum Experience Based.

Status

To retrieve rules in specific status, select the status from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the following: Active and Inactive.

The “Duty Limitations” multiline displays the following available details of existing rules. However, you can create or modify the rule definition in the “Duty Limitation Rule Configurator” window.

The “Duty Limitation Rule Configurator” window appears.

The data recorded and saved in the “Duty Limitation Rule Configurator” window appears in the “Duty Limitations” multiline.

Edit Rule

Click the  icon to access the Duty Limitation Rule Configurator window. Click Duty Limitation Rule Configurator for more details.

Rule ID

The unique identifier of the rule.

Rule Description

The description of the rule.

Rule Type

The type of the rule, such as Minimum Rest, Minimum Rest Aggregate, Maximum Flight Hour Limit Aggregate or Minimum Experience Based.

Status

The status of the rule, such as Active or Inactive.

Validation Type

The validation type of the rule.

Applicable Job Family

The job families on which the rule is binding / valid. All the job families to which the rule is applicable will be displayed here separated by “;”.

The employees belonging to the job family are bound to the rule and are required to adhere to the rule.

Rule Details

The parameter details for the rule will be displayed in the following format:

Parameter> ":" <Value><UoM>

Output Parameter

The output parameter for the rule.

Value

The stipulated value for the output parameter for the rule.

Alert Threshold

The output parameter value at which alert must be triggered

UoM

The unit of measurement for output parameter.

Created By

The login user who created the rule record.

Created Date

The date on which the login user created the rule record.

Last Modified By

The login user who most recently updated the record.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the login user most recently updated the record.
