Viewing MAC calendar details

This activity allows you to view the details of a MAC calendar. You can view the details of the MAC year and the associated MAC periods. You can select the status of the calendar for which you want to view the details. You can also select the year for which you want to view the details.

Select the “View MAC Calendar” link under the “Cost Setup” business component.

The “View MAC Calendar” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Year Details” group box:

Year Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the MAC year for which you want to view details. All the MAC years that have been defined in the login business unit will be available for selection in the chronological order.

Note: The MAC years will be available in this field based on the status of the MAC year that you have selected in the “Status” field.

The system displays the following in the “Year Details” group box:

Description	The description of the MAC year.
	Zoom facility available

Enter the following field in the “Year Details” group box:

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the MAC year that you want to view. You can select “Fresh”, “Open”, “Inactive” or “Closed”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.

Note: The status of the year must be selected before selecting the year code for which you want to view the calendar details.

The system displays the following in the “Year Details” group box:

Start Date	The date on which the MAC year begins.
End Date	The date on which the MAC year ends.

The system displays the following in the “Period Details” multiline:

Period Code	The code identifying the MAC period.
Description	The textual description of the MAC period.
Start Date	The date on which the MAC period begins.
End Date	The date on which the MAC period ends.
Status	The status of the MAC period. It must be “Fresh”, “Open”, “Inactive” or “Closed”.
	Fresh – indicates that the MAC period is yet to be authorized.
	Open – indicates that the MAC period has been authorized. Entries can be posted in an authorized period.
	Inactive – indicates that the MAC period has been inactivated earlier.
	Closed – indicates that the MAC period has been closed. You cannot post entries in it.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the MAC calendar.
Created Date	The date on which the MAC calendar was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the MAC calendar.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the MAC calendar was last modified.
