Basics of using Ramco Enterprise Series web page

This page allows you to authorize a MAC year. You can authorize a MAC year that is in the “Fresh” status. The system updates the status of the MAC year and its associated period to “Open”. A MAC year in the “Open” status indicates that you can post MAC entries in the year.

This page also allows you to modify the details of the MAC year during the authorization process. The system saves the modifications made along with the authorization details. The system stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modified details.

The “Authorize MAC Calendar” page appears.
