Help on Cost Element Structure

This Help page allows you to search and select a cost element structure and transfer the details to the field where it is required.

You can carry out a search by specifying the range of cost element structures that you want to retrieve. You can also search by specifying the login ID of the user who created the cost element structure and the description of the cost element structure. The system retrieves the cost element structures that are in the “Active” status. The selected cost element structure is transferred to the required page, when it is confirmed.

• Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Cost Element Structure ID” field.

The “Help on Cost Element Structure” page appears.

• Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a cost element structure:

Note: The code entered in this field must be before the code entered in the “To” field.

• Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Cost Element Structure Details” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

• Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a cost element structure.

• Click the “OK” pushbutton.
