Help on Cost Element Structure ID

This Help page allows you to search and select a cost element structure ID and transfer the details to the field where it is required.

You can carry out a search by specifying the range of cost element structure ID that you want to retrieve. You can also search by specifying the login ID of the user who created the cost element structure IDs and the description of the cost element structure. The system retrieves the cost element structures IDs that are in “Active” or "Inactive" or both statuses as per the selection made in the search criteria. The selected cost element structure ID is transferred to the required page, when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Cost Element Structure ID” field.

The “Help on Cost Element Structure ID” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a cost element structure:

Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the cost element structure ID that you want to retrieve. You can select from "Active", "Inactive", or "All".
Structure ID From	The starting code in the range of cost element structure codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 10).

Note: The code entered in this field must be before the code entered in the “To” field.

To	The ending code in the range of cost element structure codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 10).
User ID	The login ID of the user who created the cost element structure that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 15).

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Cost Element Structure Details” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

CE Structure ID	The code identifying the cost element structure.
Description	The description of the cost element structure.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a cost element structur ID.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
