Help On Customer
This Help page permits you to search and select the Customer Code and transfer the details to the required field.
You can search the Customer Code by specifying details, which includes customer code, customer name, URL, address line 1, address line 2, address line 3, city, state, country and zip code. You can also specify whether the customer is a prospect customer or a customer defined at OU level. The system retrieves the search results in the multiline. You can select the customer code from the multiline and click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Customer Code” field.
The “Help On Customer” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the Customer Codes:
Customer Code |
The code identifying a customer. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer corresponding to the customer code. |
URL |
The uniform resource locator pertaining to the e-mail id of the customer. |
Address Line 1 |
The first line of the address of the customer. |
Address Line 2 |
The second line of the address of the customer, if any. |
Address Line 3 |
The third line of the address of the customer, if any. |
City |
The name of the city. |
State |
The name of the state. |
Country |
The name of the country. |
Zip Code |
The zip code for the above-mentioned address. |
Prospect |
The checkbox indicating whether the customer is a regular customer or not. |
Company Code |
From the drop-down list box, select the company code. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:
Customer Code |
The code identifying a customer. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer corresponding to the customer code. |
Address Line 1 |
The first line of the address of the customer. |
Address Line 2 |
The second line of the address of the customer. |
Address Line 3 |
The third line of the address of the customer. |
City |
The name of the city. |
State |
The name of the state. |
Country |
The name of the country. |
Zip Code |
The code identifying the above-mentioned area. |
URL |
The uniform resource locator pertaining to the e-mail id of the customer. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the Customer Code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
