Help On Project Code

This screen presents you with search criteria to search and select the project code and transfers the same to the main page. You can specify whether the search operation is for project code. You can also specify other details such as project code, project name, and initiate the search operation. On initiating the search operation, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline and these details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned along the “Project Code” field.

The “Help on Project Code” page appears.

Enter the following details in the "Search Criteria" group box:

Project Code	The unique code identifying the project.
Project Name	The name of the project.

Click the "Get Details" pushbutton to retrieve the project details according to the search criteria(s) entered.

The system displays the following details in the "Search Results" multiline:

Project Code	The unique code identifying the project.
Project Name	The name of the project.

Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the project code to the main page.
