Help On Grade

This page helps you to search and select the grade code for transferring the details to the field where it is required. The user can search by specifying the grade code and grade description. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected grade code is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

• Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Grade” field.

The “Help On Grade” page appears.

• Enter the following fields:

• Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline. 

The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline based on the search criteria entered:

When no data is given in search criteria, then the system fetches all the Grade codes with their corresponding descriptions.

• Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required grade code.

• Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected grade code to the required page.
