This page allows you to set whether business function groups must be closed before generating a financial statement. You can set this option for all the business function groups that are available in the login organization unit. The system saves the parameters that have been set. The system also saves the login ID of the user and the system date along with the parameter details.
Select the “BFG Closure Settings” tab.
The “Set BFG Closure Options” page appears.
The system displays the following in the multiline:

The description of the business function groups that are available in the login organization unit and also in all the organization units that have been mapped to the login organization unit. |
Note: The system displays all the business function groups in the multiline.

Closure Required |
Use the drop-down list box to set whether you want stop the posting of financial entries for the business function group in the finance book. You can select “Yes” if you want to allow posting of financial entries for the business function group displayed alongside. |
Note: You can set this parameter for all the business function groups.
Click the “Set” pushbutton to set the closure options.
