If the Customer Order is in processed status, the system considers only those COs for which the associated root WO or root RO are in the following statuses:

1. Root WOs  -  Work Orders in Fresh +Planned + In Progress + Completed statuses

2. Root ROs  -  Root ROs in all the statuses other than 'cancelled' or 'reversed
