The “Create Reporting Structure” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Status

The status of the structure. It must be “Active”.

Reporting Structure

A unique code identifying the reporting structure (Alphanumeric, 20). Mandatory.

Description

A textual description of the reporting structure (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory.

 

Zoom facility available

The system displays the following in the “Structure Details” multiline based on the structure selected:

Note: The system retrieves all the finance books that are of the “Posting Type” that are available for the company.

Finance Book

The code identifying the finance book.

Finance Book Description

A textual description of the finance book.

The status of the reporting structure is updated “Active”.

The system updates the login ID of the user and the system date in the “Created By” and the “Created Date” fields.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the finance book.

Created Date

The date on which the reporting structure was created.
