Help on simulation run number
This Help page allows you to search and select a simulation run number and transfer the details to the field where it is required.
You can carry out a search based on the code identifying the finance book. You can also search by specifying a range of numbers identifying the run that you want to retrieve and the date range during which the simulation run was created. The system retrieves the simulation run details based on the search criteria entered. The selected simulation run number is transferred to the required page, when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Simulation Run No” field.
The “Help on Simulation Run No” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the "Search Criteria" group box:
Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book for which the simulation run number has been created. All the “Main” finance books that are available for the company will be available for selection in the ascending order. |
Run No From |
The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the simulation run that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 20). |
To |
The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the simulation run that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Run Date From |
The starting date in the range of dates during which the simulation run has been created (Date Format). |
Run Date To |
The ending date in the range of dates during which the simulation run has been created (Date Format). |
Click the "Search" pushbutton.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Simulation Run No |
The number identifying the simulation run. |
Finance Book |
The code identifying the finance book for which the simulation run has been created. |
Group ID |
The code identifying the group. |
External Enterprise ID |
The code identifying the external enterprise. |
Run By |
The login ID of the user who has created the simulation run. |
Run Date |
The date on which the simulation run was created. |
Status |
The status of the simulation run. It could be “Scheduled to Start”, “In progress”, “Aborted” or “Terminated”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select an external enterprise ID.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
