Help on External Enterprise

This Help page allows you to select an external enterprise and transfer the details to the field where it is required. The system retrieves all the external enterprise IDs defined for the company and that are in the “Active” status. The selected external enterprise ID is transferred to the required page, when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “External Enterprise ID” field.
The “Help on External Enterprise” page appears.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “External Enterprise Details” multiline:

External Enterprise ID |
The code identifying the external enterprise. |

External Enterprise Name |
The name identifying the external enterprise. |
|
Status |
The status of the external enterprise. It must be “Active”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select an external enterprise ID.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
