Viewing reporting structure

Basics of using a typical web page

This activity allows you to view the details of a reporting structure. You can select the reporting structure for which you want to view the details. The system retrieves and displays the description of the reporting structure, the finance books that have been attached to it and the description of the finance books. The system also displays the login ID of the user who created and last modified the structure and the system date on which the structure was created and last modified.

The “View Reporting Structure” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Status

The status of the reporting structure. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

 
  • Active – indicates that the reporting structure is in use.

 
  • Inactive – indicates that the reporting structure is not in use.

Reporting Structure

Use the drop-down list box to select the reporting structure for which you want to view the details. All the reporting structures that have been defined for the login organization will be available for selection in the ascending order.

The system displays the following:

Description

The textual description of the reporting structure.

The system displays the following in the “Structure Details” multiline:

Finance Book

The code identifying the finance book.

Finance Book Description

The textual description of the finance book.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the reporting structure.

Created Date

The date on which the reporting structure was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the reporting structure.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the reporting structure was last modified.
