This activity allows you to view the details of a reporting structure. You can select the reporting structure for which you want to view the details. The system retrieves and displays the description of the reporting structure, the finance books that have been attached to it and the description of the finance books. The system also displays the login ID of the user who created and last modified the structure and the system date on which the structure was created and last modified.
Select the “View Reporting Structure” link under the “Finance Book Consolidation” business component.
The “View Reporting Structure” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Status |
The status of the reporting structure. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Reporting Structure |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reporting structure for which you want to view the details. All the reporting structures that have been defined for the login organization will be available for selection in the ascending order. |
