The description of the competency. The system displays this values based on the specified competency code. |
Competency MDL |
The minimum desired level(MDL) of a competency indicates the minimum extent to which the competency must be present in an employee. For example, if the MDL for the competency “Communication Skills” is 3 or 4, it indicates the minimum extent to which the competency must be present in the employee. In this example, the maximum value of the competency is set as 5, in the system parameters. |
Competency Weight |
The weightage of the competency in relation to the other competencies mapped to the qualification. |
Weightage ( In %) |
The weightage of the competency in percentage terms. |
To compute competency weightages in percentage
4 Specify the weightage in the “Weightage” column of the multiline.
4 Select the “Compute Competency Weightages ( In% )” pushbutton below the multiline.
4 The system computes the weightage in percentage and displays in the corresponding multiline column.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the specified detail.
