Viewing company consolidation status

This page allows you to view the consolidation status of the company. You can carry out a search and retrieve the consolidation status along with consolidation run numbers that have been defined for the company. You can search by specifying the financial year and the financial period for which the consolidation status has to be viewed. The system retrieves the details based on the search criteria entered. You can view details of the consolidation including the user who created it and the date on which the run was created. You can also view the status of the consolidation.

Select the “View Consolidation Status” link under the “Company Consolidation” business component.

The “View Consolidation” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Consolidated Company	Use the drop-down list box to select the company for which you want to view the status of the consolidation. All the child companies will be available for selection in the ascending order if the login company has a “Consolidation” finance book. The system displays the login company by default on launch of the page.
Financial Year	Use the drop-down list box to select the financial year for which you want to view the consolidation status. All the financial years that have been defined for the parent company will be available for selection in the chronological order.

Note: If the login company has a “Consolidation” finance book, all the financial years that have been defined for the login company will be available for selection in the chronological order. The system displays the start date and end date of the financial year.

Financial Period

Use the drop-down list box to select the financial period for which you want to view the consolidation status. All the financial periods that have been defined for the selected financial year will be available for selection in the chronological order. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Consolidation Run No.	The number identifying the consolidation run.
Company	The company for which the consolidation run has been created.
Consolidation Option	Indicates whether the consolidation has taken place for the financial year or financial period.
Financial Year	The financial year for which the consolidation has been made.
Financial Period	The financial period for which the consolidation has been made.
Consolidated By	The login ID of the user who has created the consolidation run.
Consolidated Date	The date on which the consolidation run was created.
Status	The status of the consolidation run. It could be “In progress”, “Consolidated” or “Not Consolidated”.
