Viewing financial calendar details

This page allows you to view the details of the financial calendar. You can view the details of the financial year and the financial period. You can also view the creation and modification details.

Select the “Financial Calendar” link at the bottom of the “Select Finance / Tax Year” page.

The “View Financial Calendar” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Financial Year Details” group box:

Year	Use the
Financial Year Code	The code identifying the financial year.
Description	The textual description of the financial year.
	Zoom facility available
Start Date	The date on which the financial year begins.
End Date	The date on which the financial year ends.
Year Status	The status of the financial year. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”.
	Active – indicates that the year is active and financial postings can be made for the year.
	Inactive – indicates that the year is not in use.

The system displays the following in the “Financial Period Details” multiline:

Financial Period Code	The code identifying the financial period.
Description	The textual description of the financial period.
Start Date	The date on which the financial period begins.
End Date	The date on which the financial period ends.
Period Status	The status of the financial period. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”.
	Active – indicates that the period is active and financial postings can be made for the period.
	Inactive – indicates that the period is not in use.
Legacy Date	Indicates whether the financial period is a legacy period.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login ID of the user who has created the financial calendar.
Created Date	The date on which the financial calendar was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who has last modified the financial calendar.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the financial calendar was last modified.
