Using online help

The system displays the following.

Date

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The “Customer Information” data cluster displays the following as specified in the “View Customer Credit information” page.

Company

The company mapped to Login OU.

Finance Book

The identification code of the finance book

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

The “Credit Limit Summary” data cluster displays the following as specified in the “View Customer Credit information” page.

Currency

The base company of the company.

Note: The below-mentioned amounts are displayed in the currency as selected in the Display Option of the “View Customer Credit Information” page.

Credit Limit

The credit limit defined for the customer in the currency specified in the Display Option.

Available Limit

The unutilized amount of credit limit, displayed in the currency selected in the Display Option.

Available Limit = Credit Limit – Utilized Limit

Balance Due

The amount of balance due from the customer.

Orders-In-Progress

The total amount of orders that are in progress, displayed in the currency selected in the Display Option. 

Utilized Limit

The amount of credit limit that has already been exhausted by the customer, displayed in the currency selected in the Display Option.

Utilized Limit = Account Balance + Orders-In-Progress

The “Debit Amounts Due” multiline displays the following.

Document Type

The reference document type, such as customer order.

Document #

The identification number of the document.

Invoicing Point

The stage at which invoicing event is getting triggered.

Document Date

The date of creation of the document.

Document Currency

The identification code of the currency mapped to the customer account.

Document Amount

The amount quoted in the document.

Amount Adjusted

The amount of credit adjusted against the debit, if any.

Amount Due (In Doc. Currency)

The amount of due for the debit document records selected in the multiline.

Exchange Rate

The exchange rate of the account currency with respect to the base currency of the company.

Amount Due

The total amount due is calculated by applying the exchange rate on Amount Due (In Doc currency).

Due Date

The due date of each document fetched in multiline.

The following is displayed after the multiline.

Total Amount

The total of all the values in Amount Due column in multiline.

The “Unadjusted Receipts” multiline displays the following.

Receipt Mode

The mode of receipt of  the ref doc namely  cash, bank etc.

Receipt #

The identification number of the receipt.

Receipt Date

The date of creation of the receipt.

Receipt Currency

The currency of the receipt.

Receipt Amount

The amount of the receipt.

Amount Adjusted

The value that has been adjusted from that receipt amount.

Unadjusted Amount (Receipt Currency)

The amount of credit balance after adjustment of amount if any i.e., Receipt Amount less Amount Adjusted.

Exchange Rate

The exchange rate of the account currency with respect to the base currency of the company.

Unadjusted Amount

This is computed by applying the exchange rate on unadjusted amount (receipt currency).

Instrument #

The instrument reference number for that particular ref doc number.

Remitter’s Bank

The bank code of the remitter.

Instrument Date

The instrument date mentioned in document.

Instrument Amount (Receipt Currency)

The instrument amount mentioned in the reference document.

Instrument Status

The status of the instrument number.

The following is displayed after the multiline.

Total Amount

The total of  all the values in unadjusted amount  column.

The “Unadjusted Credits” multiline displays the following.

Document Type

The document type namely being Credit Notes.

Document #

The credit note/ ref doc number.

Document Date

T he date on which document was drawn or simply the date mentioned in document.

Document Currency

The code identifying the currency that has been mapped to the customer account.

Document Amount

The amount stated in document.

Amount Adjusted

The value that has been adjusted in the document.

Unadjusted Amount (In Doc. Currency)

The balance remaining after adjustment.

Exchange Rate

The exchange rate of the account currency with respect to the base currency of the company. The system displays “1” if the base currency and the currency selected in the Display Option are the same.

Unadjusted Amount

The amount of credit balance after adjustment of amount if any i.e., Receipt Amount less Amount Adjusted.

The following is displayed after the multiline.

Total Amount

The total of all the values in unadjusted amount column.

Page Overview

The ‘View Balance Information” page shows the document wise break up of customer account balance for the customer that you select in the “View Customer Credit Information“ page.

This page displays the details of the following aspects for the selected customer.
