Modifying seasonal adaptation details

This page allows you to modify the details of the seasonal adaptation pattern. You can modify the ratio in which the “Aggregate” budgets must be apportioned. The system saves the modifications made to the seasonal adaptation details. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modified adaptation details.

Select the “Edit Seasonal Adaptation” link at the bottom of the “Distribute Budget” page.

The “Edit Seasonal Adaptation” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Seasonal Adaptation Details” group box:

Seasonal Adaptation No	A unique code identifying the seasonal adaptation (Alphanumeric, 9). Mandatory. The adaptation number entered in this field must be a valid adaptation number.
	Press the <Enter> key.
	The system retrieves the details of the adaptation number in the relevant fields.
	Help facility available
Description	The description of the seasonal adaptation (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory.
Number of Periods	The number of periods for which the pattern is to be created (Integer). The value entered in this field must be greater than “1”.
	Press the <Enter> key.
	The system retrieves the accounting periods in the “Period Details” multiline. The number of accounting periods in the multiline must match the value entered in this field.

The system displays the following in the “Period Details” multiline:

Accounting Period

The accounting period number.

Enter the following field in the “Period Details” multiline:

Ratio

The proportion in which the budget must be allocated for the accounting period (Decimal). The value entered in this field must be greater than zero.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark an accounting period for deletion.

Click the “Edit” pushbutton to save the modifications made.

The system saves the modified details of the adaptation number. The system updates the login ID of the user and the system date in the “Last Modified By” and the “Last Modified Date” fields.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the seasonal adaptation.
Created Date	The date on which the seasonal adaptation has been created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the seasonal adaptation.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the seasonal adaptation was last modified.
