In this page, you can view the resource actuals reported against a task or work order. You can specify the task for which you need to view the resource actuals. The system displays the resource details, such as the resource code, type, description, resource object and the actual number of hours the resource is utilized for the selected task. If the task number is not specified, the system displays the resource actuals reported directly against the work order.

The “Review Resource Usage” link appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box:

Visit Package #

The visit package for which the work order is raised.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft on which the work order task is executed.

Work Order #

The work order number for which the resource actuals must be viewed.

Job Type

The type of the job, which could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” or “Component Removal”.

Work Center #

The work center that is responsible for the execution of the work order.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Zoom facility available.

Task #

Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the resource details must be viewed. The system lists all the tasks associated to the work order. Leave this field blank to retrieve the resources that are associated to all the tasks in the work order. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Resource Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the resource to be viewed. The available options are “Skills”, “Tools”, “Equipment“ and “Others”. The system retrieves all the resource defined for visit package and the resource type combination. Leave this field blank to retrieve the resource irrespective of the type selected here.

Note: If the “Work Order #” field is left blank, the system retrieves the resources details that are defined for the visit package.

The system displays the following on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Revision #

The revision number of the task.

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Resource Details” multiline:

Task#

The number identifying the task.

Resource #

The number that identifies the resources required, to execute the task or work order.

Resource Description

The textual description of the resource.

Resource Object #

The number identifying the resource object.

Required Hours

The scheduled number of hours for which the resource is assigned to the task or work order.

Used Hours

The actual duration of time for which the resource is utilized.

From Date

The start date, in the specified date format, from which the resource is assigned to the task or work order.

From Time

The start time, in the specified time format, from which the resource is assigned to the task or work order.

To Date

The end date, in the specified date format, till which the resource is assigned to the task or work order.

To Time

The end time, in the specified time format, till which the resource is assigned to the task or work order.

Resource Usg. Comments

Additional remarks pertaining to the resource utilized for the task.

Last Updated Date

The date on which the last updation was done.
