Viewing delay information for hangar work order

In this page, you can view the delay information reported against a task or work order. You can specify the task number for which you need to view the delay information. The system displays the details, such as the delay code, delay description, actual duration of delay, start date and time of the delay, end date and time of the delay, for the selected task. If the task number is not specified, the system displays the delay information for the specified work order.

Select the “View Work Delays” link at the bottom of the “Review Work Order Information” page.

The “Review Work Delay Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box:

Visit Package #	The visit package for which the work order is raised.
Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft on which the work order task is executed.
Work Order #	The work order number for which the delay details must be viewed.
Job Type	The type of the job, which could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” or “Component Removal”.
Work Center #	The work center that is responsible for the execution of the work order.
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center. Zoom facility available.

Enter the following in the “Task Details” group box:

Task #

Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the delay details must be viewed. The system lists all the tasks associated to the work order. Leave this field blank to retrieve the work delays details associated to the work order. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the work delays reported for the task.

The system displays the following on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Revision #

The revision number of the task.

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Work Delay Details” multiline:

Work Delay #	The number that identifies the work delay.
Delay Description	The textual description of the work delay.
Delay Duration(Hours)	The actual time duration of the delay in hours.
From Date	The start date of the delay in the specified date format.
From Time	The start time of the delay in the specified time format.
To Date	The end date of the delay in the specified date format.
To Time	The end time of the delay in the specified time format.
Delay Comments	Additional remarks pertaining to the work delay.
