This page enables you to view the details of the discrepancies associated with a work order for the login organization unit.

The “Review Discrepancy Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box:

Visit Package #

The visit package for which the work order is raised.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft on which the work order task is executed.

Work Order #

The work order number for which the discrepancy details must be viewed.

Job Type

The type of the job, which could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” or “Component Removal”.

Work Center #

The work center that is responsible for the execution of the work order.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Discrepancy Details” multiline:

Discrepancy #

The number identifying the discrepancy associated to the work order.

Discrepancy

The textual description of the discrepancy.

Fault #

The code identifying the fault in the ATA chapter.

Fault Description

The textual description of the fault.

ATA #

The ATA chapter on which the discrepancy is reported.

Discrepancy Status

The status of the discrepancy which could be one of the following:

 
  • Closed - when the discrepancy is closed.

 
  • Deferred - when the discrepancy has been deferred.

 
  • Pending Deferral - when the discrepancy has been processed and not deferred yet.

 
  • Processed - when the discrepancy is processed.

Findings

Any additional remarks or comments regarding the discrepancy.

Remedial Action

The remedial action to be performed to close the discrepancy.

Reported By

The code of the employee who reported the discrepancy.

Reported Date

The date on which the discrepancy was reported.

Closed By

The code of the employee who closed the discrepancy.

Closed Date

The date on which the discrepancy was closed.

Document Name

The name of the source document in which the discrepancy is reported.

Corrective Work Order #

The number identifying the corrective work order associated to the discrepancy. The system displays “Current Work Order” if the discrepancy has been solved by the work order displayed in the “Work Order #” field.
