Reviewing access panel information

In this page, you can view the details related to the access panels that are involved in the visit package execution. Tell me more.

Select the “Review Access Panel Information” link at the bottom of the “Review Visit Package Execution” page.

The “Review Access Panel Information” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Visit Package Details” group box:

Visit Package #	The number identifying the visit package for which the access panel details are displayed.
Revision #	The latest revision number of the visit package. The system leaves the field blank if the revision number does not exist for the visit package.
Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft for which the visit package is applicable.
Status	The status of the visit package, which could be “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Released”, “Partially Released” or “Closed”.
Visit Type	The type of the visit package, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”.
Visit Category	The category of the visit package.

The system displays the following in the “Access Panel Details” multiline:

Access Panel #	The access panel that has to be opened or closed, as part of the visit package execution.
Access Panel Status	The status of the access panel. The system displays one of the following, depending upon the execution of open access panel task and close access panel task: “Yet to be Opened” – If the open access panel task is not yet executed. “Open” – If the open access panel task is executed but the close access panel task is yet to be executed. “Closed” – If the open access panel and the close access panel tasks are executed.
Open Access Panel Task #	The number identifying the open access panel task.
Work Order #	The work order applicable to the open access panel task.
Opened On	The execution date of the open access panel task. This field is left blank if the open access panel task is not yet executed.
Close Access Panel Task #	The number identifying the close access panel task.
Work Order #	The work order applicable to the close access panel task.
Closed On	The execution date of the close access panel task. This field is left blank if the close access panel task is not yet executed.
Access Panel Description	The description of the access panel task.

Reviewing Access Panel Information - An overview

In this page, you can view the details related to the access panels that are involved in the visit package execution. The system displays the access panel number, its status and description, open access panel task and close access panel task along with their corresponding work orders and execution dates, in the multiline.
