Viewing work delay codes

This activity allows you to view the work delay codes that are already defined.

Select the “View Work Delay Codes” link under the “Hangar Work Reporting” business component.

The “View Work Delay Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box. Data entry in the following fields is optional.

Work Delay #	The work delay code for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 25). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*”character. The system lists all the work delay codes that are similar to the values entered in this field.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the work delay code to be viewed. It can be either “Active” or “Inactive”. The system lists all the work delay codes that are in the status specified in this field. Leave this field blank if you to wish to retrieve details of all work delay codes irrespective of their status. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Delay Description	Enter the full description of the delay code to be viewed or specify it partially using the “*” character (Alphanumeric, 150). The system lists all the delay codes whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. Zoom facility available.
Delay Category	Use the drop down list box to specify the category of the work delay code to be viewed. The system lists all the quick codes of type “Delay Category” and status “Active”. Leave this field blank if you to wish to retrieve details of all the work delay codes irrespective of their category. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Work Delay #	The work delay code retrieved by the system.
Delay Description	The textual description of the work delay code.
Delay Category	The category to which the work delay code belongs.
Status	The status of the work delay code, which could be either “Active” or “Inactive”.
Created By	The name of the user who created the work delay code.
Created Date	The date on which the work delay code was created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the work delay code.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the work delay code was last modified.
