Viewing reference document details for part warranty agreement

This page allows you to view reference information for the selected part warranty agreement. The part warranty agreement creation might involve referencing of certain documents that contain the agreement or warranty details etc. These details are recorded as reference information in this page.

Select the “View References” link at the bottom of the “View Part Warranty Agreement Information” page.

The “View References” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Document Details” group box:

Agreement #	The part warranty agreement for which you wish to view the references information
Amendment #	The number identifying the amendment made to the agreement
Supplier #	The number identifying the supplier Zoom facility available.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier.

The system displays the following in the “Document Attachment Details” multiline:

Ref. Document Type	The reference document type of the warranty claim.
Document ID	The number identifying the document that is attached to the claim.
File Name	The name of the file that contains the reference document details.
