Quick Code Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type for which the quick code must be created. The system provides the options "Warranty Category”, “User Status - Part Warranty Agreement", "Agreement Category", "User Status - Warranty Claim", "Claim Category" "Suggested Action", "Remedy", “Reject Reason", “Agg User Option -1", “Agg User Option -2", "Agg User Option -3", "Agg User Option - 4", "Claim User Option - 1", "Claim User Option - 2", "Claim User Option - 3", "Claim User Option – 4”, "MRO Warranty Category", "MRO Warranty User Status", "MRO Warranty Program Type". The system sets the field to “User Status” by default. 

Quick Code

A unique identifier for the quick code (Alphanumeric, 25). Mandatory. This can be a combination of characters and digits and should not be left blank. Ensure that the quick code is unique for the organizational unit. 

Note: For the quick code type "Suggested Action", the system displays the values, "Repair", "Loan" and "Exchange" in the "Quick Code" field, on clicking the "Create Quick Codes" pushbutton.

Description

The textual description for the quick code (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory. This field should not be left blank. 

Note: The system creates quick codes, sets the status of the created quick codes as “Active” and the created date as the current server date.
