Allowing status mapping – An overview
This page allows you to set the pattern for UDSS conversion. You can map the selected UDSS to any one of the UDSS, which have been defined earlier. The system lists all the predefined and user defined stock statuses in the multiline, from which you can select the UDSS to which the selected UDSS can be converted. This is verified while recording transactions where the stock status is actually modified.
For example, the "Consignment" UDSS must be mapped to the "PBH" UDSS in this page, to allow the stock status to be converted from "Consignment" to "PBH" while recording transactions.
The system stores the login user ID and the server date along with the other modified details.
