Viewing the shipping details of the inter warehouse stock transfer

This page allows you to view the shipping details of the inter warehouse stock transfer. You can also view insurance details such as the insurance amount and the person who has to bear the insurance amount, for the parts to be shipped. The freight details such as the freight amount, freight term and freight bill for the stock shipped are covered in this page.

Select the “View Shipping Details” link under the “View Inter Warehouse Stock Transfer” page.

The “View Shipping Details” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Stock Transfer Information” group box:

Stock Transfer #	The number identifying the stock transfer
From Stocking Point	The organization unit which issues the stock
From Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse which issues the stock.
To Stocking Point	The organization unit which receives the stock

The system displays the following in the “Shipping Information” group box:

Ship By	The shipping method, which could be air, road or rail
Packaging Code	The code identifying the packaging method of the stock transferred
Vehicle / Flight #	The number identifying the vehicle which transports the stock to the specific warehouse
Carrier	The code identifying the carrier which ships the stock.
Freight Bill #	The number identifying the bill associated with freight charges
Freight Amount	The sum of freight charges incurred on the stock transfer
Freight Term	The term of the freight.
Bill of Lading #	The number identifying a carrier's contract and receipt of stock. The carrier transports stock from one place to another, and delivers it to a designated person. In case of loss, damage or delay, the bill of lading is the basis on which freight claims can be filed.
Insurance Liability	The person who bears the insurance amount The system displays the options as “Self” or “Third Party” or “None”.
Insurance Amount	The total insurance amount to be claimed
Way Bill #	The bill identifying the document containing a list of goods with shipping instructions related to a shipment
Shipping Payment Method	The mode of payment for shipping.
	The system displays one of the modes of payment:
	Freight Allowance On Collect Shipment
	Prepaid Shipment to Destination
	Collect Shipment (transportation charge only)
	Freight Allowance on Prepaid Shipment.
	Non-Revenue (according to customer instructions)
	Prepaid Shipment (FOB destination)
	Collect Shipment (material and transportation)
Shipment Date	The date on which the stock was shipped
Ship Time	The time at which the stock was shipped

The system displays the following “Other Details” group box:

User-defined Detail – 1	Additional details defined by the user, pertaining to the inter warehouse stock transfer.
User-defined Detail – 2	Additional details defined by the user, pertaining to the inter warehouse stock transfer.
Remarks	Additional comments pertaining to inter warehouse stock transfer.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the inter warehouse stock transfer.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the inter warehouse stock transfer was last modified.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Tax /Charge Details” link at the bottom of the “View Shipping Details” to view the tax and charges added to the stock transfer document.
