Viewing the Zone/Bin wise, serial number and lot number transfer details

This page allows you to view the zone/bin wise transfer details of the parts that are serial and/or lot number-controlled, based on the part line number selected.

Select the “View Zone/Bin wise Serial # /Lot # Details” link in the “View WH Zone /Bin Details” page.

The “View Zone/Bin wise Serial #/Lot # Details” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Stock Transfer Information” group box:

Stock Transfer #	The number identifying the stock transfer
Stock Status	The status of the stock transferred.
From Stocking Point	The organization unit which, issues the stock in an inter warehouse stock transfer
From Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse from where the stock is issued
To Stocking Point	The organization unit, which receives the stock in an inter warehouse stock transfer
To Warehouse #	The warehouse which receives the stock
Part #	The code identifying the part involved in the stock transfer
Part Control Type	The part control type, which could be serial number-controlled and/or lot number-controlled
Trading Partner Type	The type of the trading partner, such as customer or supplier.
Trading Partner #	The identification number of the trading number.
Trading Partner Name	The name / description of the trading partner.

Enter the following:

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the zone or bin from the ”View WH--Zone / Bin Details” page, which contains the Serial Controlled / Lot controlled part.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the part details selected.

From WH – Zone #	The number identifying the warehouse zone, from where the stock is issued
From WH – Bin #	The number identifying the bin in the warehouse, from where the stock is issued
To WH – Zone #	The number identifying the zone in the warehouse, in which the stock is received
To WH - Bin #	The number identifying the warehouse bin, in which the stock is received
Transfer Quantity	The total quantity of the stock transferred

The system displays the following “Storage Information” multiline:

Lot #	The lot number of the part involved in the stock transfer
Serial #	The serial number of the part involved in the stock transfer
Quantity	The quantity of the stock transferred
Remarks	Additional comments pertaining to storage information

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created by	The name of the user who created the inter warehouse stock transfer
Created Date	The date on which the inter warehouse stock transfer was created
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the inter warehouse stock transfer.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the inter warehouse stock transfer was last modified
Authorized By	The name of the user who authorized the inter warehouse stock transfer
Authorized Date	The date on which the inter warehouse stock transfer was authorized
