The “Fleet Overview” page appears.

All

Select the radio button to consider the entire aircraft defined in the system for search and retrieval in the activity.

Note: This radio button will be selected by default, if no aircraft has been bookmarked to the login user.

My Fleet

Select the radio button to consider only those aircraft bookmarked to the login user for search and retrieval in the activity.

Note: This radio button will be selected by default, if any aircraft has been bookmarked to the login user.

The following exception tiles display specific aircraft information depending on the selected radio button.

My Fleet

The count of aircraft  tagged to the login user.

Click here to display aircraft from this category in the "Fleet Details" multiline.

However, by default, the aircraft from this category are retrieved in the page,  if aircraft have been book marked by the login user in the previous visit to the activity.

Note: This exception tile appears and will be selected by default, if you have selected the My Fleet radio button.

All

The count of aircraft defined in the Aircraft component / organization unit.

Click here to display all records in the “Fleet Details” multiline. However, all aircraft in the fleet are retrieved in this page by  default, if no aircraft have been book marked by the login user.

Note: This exception tile appears and is by defaulted selected, if you have selected the All radio button.

Escalation

The count of aircraft against which short term escalations have been reported.

Overdue

The count of aircraft with tasks whose due date for execution has elapsed.  However an aircraft will qualify into this category even if overdue tasks exist for the subassemblies.

Remaining Days < 5

The count of aircraft with tasks due for compliance in the next five days. However, an aircraft will qualify into this category even if tasks exist for the subassemblies that must be complied in the next five days.

Error Position

The count of aircraft with error positions defined in Aircraft Configuration. However, an aircraft will qualify into this category even if error positions exist in the subassemblies.

Open Packages

The count of aircraft with packages yet to be completed, meaning packages in the ‘Planned’ and ‘In-Progress’ status.

The “Fleet Details” multiline displays the following attributes of those aircraft from the category that match the selection criteria you have specified in the “Search On” input box. However, in the beginning on access to the page, the multiline displays all aircraft records existing in the OU.

Click on the icon to bookmark the aircraft. The aircraft is added to the My Fleet count of the login user and retained in the multiline during the subsequent visit to the page by the login user.

Click on the icon to display the “Aircraft Details” in the top right section of the page.

Click on the icon to open the “Manage Aircraft /Component Records” activity in the Technical Records component. You can then record the configuration / program / compliance details for the aircraft.

Model #

The model of the aircraft.

Aircraft Reg. #

The tail or registration # of the aircraft

Click on the data hyperlink to open the “View Aircraft Record” page.

MSN #

The manufacturing serial number of the aircraft.

Condition

The condition of the aircraft, such as Operational, Phased Out or Under Maintenance.

Latest JL Date

The date on which the last journey log was recorded for the aircraft.

Click the data hyperlink to open the “View Journey Log” page.

Triggering Parameter

The parameter that prompts the maintenance of the aircraft.

Due Value

The value of the triggering parameter at which the aircraft becomes due for maintenance.

Remaining Value

The value of the triggering parameter yet to be elapsed after which the aircraft becomes due for maintenance.

Earliest Due Task Discrepancy

The task / discrepancy that must be executed earliest on the aircraft.

Open Def. Count

The number of discrepancies not yet closed completed for the aircraft.

Record Status

The status of the aircraft record, such as “Under Creation”, “Active” or “Inactive”.

Aircraft Status

The user-defined quick code under the quick code type ‘Aircraft Status’ for the aircraft as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of Aircraft.

Config. Status

The configuration status of the aircraft, such as Fresh or Active.

Click the data hyperlink to open the “Manage Aircraft /Component Records” activity in the Technical Records activity. The system right away places you in the Configuration tab of the activity.

Assy. Status

The configuration assembly status of the aircraft, such as Dormant, Complete or Error

Prog. Status

The maintenance program status of the aircraft, which indicates whether maintenance program for the aircraft has been defined yet.

Click the data hyperlink to open the “Manage Aircraft /Component Records” activity in the Technical Records component. The system right away places you in the Program tab of the activity.  

Open Package

The number of packages against the aircraft that exist in Planned or In-Progress status.

Click the data hyperlink to open the “Record AME Details” activity In the Aircraft Maintenance Execution component.

Open EO

The number of engineering documents against the aircraft that have not been complied yet.

Click the data hyperlink to open the “Track Maintenance Compliance History” activity in the Aircraft Maintenance Program component.

Open STE

The count of  short term escalations (STE)  documents in the ‘Processed’ status against the aircraft.

Click on the data hyperlink to open the “Select Short Term Escalations” page of the “Inquire Short Term Escalation Status” activity in the Compliance Tracking & Control component.

Pending Verification

The count of tasks that are yet to be verified against the aircraft.

Click on the data hyperlink to open the “Track Maintenance Compliance History” activity in the Aircraft Maintenance Program component.

Pending Audit

The count of tasks that are yet to be audited against the aircraft.

Click on the data hyperlink to open the “Track Maintenance Compliance History” activity in the Aircraft Maintenance Program component.

Aircraft Details section

However, by default, the details of the first aircraft in the multiline are displayed in the “Aircraft Details” section.

Engine Details section

This section displays Component #, Part # and Serial # of up to four engines attached to the aircraft.

Parameter Details section

This section displays the Total Flight Hours, Total Flight Cycles and Latest Flight Date of the aircraft selected in the multiline.

Due and Overdue tasks

The Maintenance details for the aircraft are displayed in the bottom right of the screen.

The Next Due tab displays the list of tasks which fall within the horizon as set by the option ‘Planning Horizon for Job Allocation (Days)’.

The Deferred Items tab displays the list of the ‘Deferred’ discrepancies for the aircraft in context.

Displays aircraft, engine, parameter and maintenance details for the record selected in the “Fleet Details” multiline.

Indicates the task has been assigned to a package for execution.

Click the icon to open the “Manage Aircraft /Component Records” activity.

Alert

Indicates that the maintenance task / discrepancy has crossed the Alert value

 Overdue

Indicates that the maintenance task / discrepancy is overdue

Click the icon to open the “Request Short Term Escalation” activity
