Advanced Search for Compliance

Advanced Search

Click the “Advanced Search” link to display “Advanced Search for Compliance” pop-up window to perform advanced search.

Enter the following:

Task #	The number identifying the task.
Task Desc	The textual description of the task.
Task Type	Use the drop-down and select the task type as “MPD”, “CMM”, “MOD”, “Non-Routine”, “Others” and all ‘Active’ Quick Codes with Quick Code type as ‘Task Type’ defined in the “Maintenance Task” business component. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
Task Category	Use the drop-down and select the task category. The system lists all the Task Categories that are in the 'Active' status, created in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Maintenance Task” component. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
Applicability	Use the drop-down list and select the applicability of the task as “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
ATA #	The ATA number of the task.
Part #	The number identifying the part.
Serial #	The serial number of the part.
Component #	The code identifying the component.
Prog. Item Type	Use the drop-down list and select the Program Item Type of the task as “Block”, “Base”, “Perpetual”, “As Required”, “Event Driven”, “Non-Block” or “To be decided”. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
Job Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the Job Type of the task. You can select from “Aircraft”, “Position Tracked On-Wing”, “Serial Tracked On-Wing” and “Off-Wing”. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
Execution Doc. #	The number identifying the execution document.
MCR #	The number identifying the Maintenance Change Request document.
Source Doc Type	Use the drop-down list box and select the source document type. The system lists all the 'Active' 'MCR Doc Type' values for which 'Applicable For' is set as either "Eng Doc" or "MCR & Eng Doc" in the “Common Master” business component. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
Customer #	The code identifying the customer.
Eng. Doc Type	Use the drop-down list and select the Engineering Document type. The system lists all "Eng. Doc. Type" which are in 'Active' status from the “Configure Document Attributes” activity of the “Common Master” business component. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
Eng. Doc #	The code identifying the Engineering Document.
Eng. Schedule Type	Use the drop-down list box and select the Schedule Type of the task as “One-Time”, Recurring”, “As Required” and “Perpetual”. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
Rem. Value	The remaining value of the task. The parameter of the remaining value is listed in the drop-down list box located alongside. The drop-down list displays "Days", “Multiple” and, all the ‘Consumption parameters’ in ‘Active’ status defined in the “Aircraft” business component. By default, the system leaves the field blank.
Compl. Date From / To	The date range for which you wish to retrieve the complied tasks.
Include Related Task	Check this box to retrieve the related tasks.

Click the “Go” pushbutton to retrieve the advanced search results in the multiline.

The system retrieves the search results in the multiline, based on selection of Maintenance Object, whether the configuration tree is clicked or not and based on selection of Compliance Function radio buttons.
