Managing delivery address info for supplier

This page allows you to select a supplier for mapping delivery address details and Order priority.

Note:. For a selected supplier, you can map different delivery addresses for various order priorities. Order priority and delivery to code is unique for a supplier.

You can also remove the delivery address mapped to a supplier.

Select the “Manage Delivery Address Info for Supplier” link under the “Supplier” business component.

The “Select Supplier” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Supplier Details” group box to search for the supplier:

Supplier #

The code identifying the supplier for whom the delivery address information must be defined (Alphanumeric, 45). Mandatory

Help facility available.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to display the supplier details.

The system displays the following in the “Supplier Details” group box:

Supplier Name	The name of the supplier corresponding to the supplier code.
Supplier Type	The type of the supplier, which could be “Normal” or “Miscellaneous”.
Supplier Category	The category of the supplier.

Enter the following fields in the “Delivery To Code Mapping” multiline, if required:

Order Priority	A unique number identifying the priority. Mandatory. The system displays all the active 'Priority Codes' defined in the “Maintain Priority Codes” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” component.
Hazmat Parts	Indicate whether the parts to be shipped are hazardous or not. The system displays the values “Yes” or “No”. Defaults with value “No"
Delivery To Code	A unique code identifying the shipping destination. Mandatory. The system displays all the active Delivery To Codes' defined in the “Manage Delivery To Codes” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” component.
Address	The entire address of the specified delivery code is displayed.
Remarks	Any additional comments pertaining to the delivery address mapped to the supplier. (Alphanumeric, 255).

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the delivery details mapped to the supplier.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The code of the login user who saved the delivery address mapping for a supplier.
Created Date	The date on which the delivery address mapping for a supplier was updated.
Last Modified By	The code of the login user who last modified the delivery address mapping details.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the delivery address mapping details was last modified.

Click the “View Supplier Details” link at the bottom of the page to view all the details about the supplier.
