Confirm Stock Conversion – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to authorize stock conversion documents, which are in “Fresh”, status. On authorization, ownership/stock status/condition/storage location is updated for the converted parts.
On authorization, the status of the stock conversion document is updated to “Authorized”.
Note: You can authorize only those documents that are in the “Fresh” status.
You can also cancel a stock conversion document in this activity. The status of such a stock conversion document is updated to “Canceled”.
This activity also facilitates the convenience of bulk authorization/cancellation of multiple stock conversion documents.

Confirm or Cancel the stock conversion document
You can search and select a stock conversion document for authorization. Upon authorization, the Inventory postings are updated. You can also cancel a stock conversion document
Enter the filter criteria to search for the stock conversion document to be confirmed or canceled.
On clicking the “Search” pushbutton, the stock conversion documents are retrieved in the multiline, based on the search criteria entered.
Select the stock conversion document to be confirmed or canceled.
Click the “Confirm Stock Conversion” pushbutton, to confirm the selected stock conversion document.
Click the “Cancel Conversion” pushbutton, to cancel the selected stock conversion document.
Process stock conversion documents in bulk
You can authorize or cancel all the stock conversion documents at the same time.
Click the "Confirm Stock Conversion” pushbutton, to authorize all the stock conversion documents listed in the multiline.
Click the “Cancel Conversion” pushbutton, to cancel all the stock conversion documents listed in the multiline.
