Viewing the stock statuses / component conditions allowed in the warehouse

In this page you can view the statuses that are allowed for stocks in the warehouse. Tell me more

Select the “View Stock Status / Condition Allowed” link at the bottom of the “View Warehouse Information” page.

The “View Warehouse – Stock Status / Condition Allowed” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Warehouse Identification Details” group box:

Warehouse #	The warehouse for which the allowable stock statuses and component conditions are displayed.
Warehouse Category	The category to which the warehouse belongs.
Description	The textual description of the warehouse.

The system displays the following in the “Allowable Component Conditions” group box:

New	Indicates that the warehouse allows components that are in condition “New”.
Unserviceable	Indicates that the warehouse allows components that are in “Unserviceable” condition.
Serviceable	Indicates that the warehouse allows components that are in “Serviceable” condition.
Phased-Out	Indicates that the warehouse allows components that are in “Phased-Out” condition.
Overhauled	Indicates that the warehouse allows components that are in “Overhauled” condition.

Note: If none of the boxes appear checked, then all the components irrespective of their condition can be stocked in the warehouse.

The system displays the following fields in the “Applicable Stock Status” multiline:

Stock Status

The status that is allowed for the stocks stored in the warehouse.

In this page you can view the statuses that are allowed for stocks in the warehouse. The system displays the statuses that have already been associated to the warehouse in the “Edit Warehouse Information” activity, for the stocks stored in the warehouse. You can also view the component conditions that are allowed in the warehouse.
