This activity allows you to view the quick codes that have been created for the selected quick code type and status. Tell me more

The “View Quick Codes” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Quick Code Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the quick code type for which the quick codes must be viewed. The system provides the options "User Defined Beneficiary Details - 1", "User Defined Beneficiary Details - 2", "User Defined Exclusion Details - 1", "User Defined Exclusion Details - 2", "User Defined Part Details - 1", "User Defined Part Details - 2", "User Defined Station Details - 1", "User Defined Station Details - 2", "User Defined Warehouse Mapping Details - 1", "User Defined Warehouse Mapping Details - 2", “Warehouse Category” and "Warehouse Group".

Status

Use the drop down list box to select the status of the quick code to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”, and displays “Active” by default. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the quick code irrespective of the status.

Note: Leave all the fields blank if you want to retrieve all the quick codes defined in the login organizational unit.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Quick Code

The quick code belonging to the selected quick code type or status.

Description

A textual description pertaining to the quick code.

Created Date

The date on which the quick code was created.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the quick code was last modified.

Status

The current status of the quick code.
