Quick codes are user-defined values, used to categorize the warehouse based on certain characteristics. Tell me more

Quick Code Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the quick code type for which quick codes have to be defined. The system provides the options "User Defined Beneficiary Details - 1", "User Defined Beneficiary Details - 2", "User Defined Exclusion Details - 1", "User Defined Exclusion Details - 2", "User Defined Part Details - 1", "User Defined Part Details - 2", "User Defined Station Details - 1", "User Defined Station Details - 2", "User Defined Warehouse Mapping Details - 1", "User Defined Warehouse Mapping Details - 2", “Warehouse Category” and "Warehouse Group" in the drop-down list box.

Quick Code

A unique identifier for the quick code (Alphanumeric, 25). Mandatory. This code must be unique across organizational units.

Note: If there are multiple installations of this business component in different organizational units, the uniqueness of the quick code will depend on the organizational model. Refer to the Systems Manual for more details.

Description

A textual description of the quick code (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory.

The status of the newly created quick code is updated to “Active”.

The system stores the server date as the quick code created date.
