Recording repair pricing details

This page facilitates to assign different price for the same repair process codes, which applies on the different part code. You can select the part and the repair process code to enter the pricing details. The details such as the service price list code, description, revision number, status and the price list category are displayed by the system.

Select the “Edit Repair Pricing Details” link at the bottom of the “Edit Service Price List” page.

The “Edit Repair Pricing Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Price List Details” group box:

Service Price List #	The number identifying the service price list.
Revision#	The number identifying the revision of the service price list.
Description	The textual description of the part price list. Zoom facility available.
Status	The status of the service price list.
Currency	The currency of the service price list.
Price List Category	The price list category of the part price list.

Enter the following in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #

Use the drop-down list box to select the part for which repair pricing details must be recorded (Alphanumeric, 40). The system lists all the parts for which the service price list is applicable.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the details of the selected part.

The system displays the following:

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Enter the following in the “Pricing Details” multiline:

Repair Process Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the repair process for which the pricing details must be recorded. The system lists all the codes from the “Maintain Repair Process Codes” activity of “Logistics Common Master” business component, that are in “Active” status.

The system displays the following:

Process Description

The textual description of the repair process.

Enter the following:

Flat Material Cost	The material cost that will be incurred on the repair order (Decimal). Ensure that the number entered is positive.
Flat Resource Rate/Hr	The flat rate per hour for the resource (Decimal). Ensure that the number entered is positive.
Misc. Cost	Any extra cost that will be incurred on the repair order (Decimal). Ensure that the number entered is positive.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the repair pricing information for updation.
Click the “Edit Repair Pricing Details” pushbutton to record the repair pricing details.
