Elapsed Time

The elapsed time for SWO # in Green. The % of Green in the progress bar is derived  in the following way:

§  Total Elapsed Time = Planned End Date & Time - Planned Start Date & Time

§  Time passed as of now = Current System Date & Time - Planned Start Date & Time

Remaining Time = Total Elapsed Time - Time passed as of now .

Work Completion

The work executed against the SWO # in Green. The % of Green in the progress bar is derived  in the following way:

§  Total Elapsed Time = Total count of tasks + Total count of discrepancies

§  Work completed as of now = Total count of tasks in 'Completed' status + Total count of discrepancies in 'Closed' status

Remaining work to be completed = Total Work Completion - Work completed as of now

Worked Hours

The sum total of hours clocked against all tasks and discrepancies SWO #. The % of Green in the progress bar is derived  in the following way:

§  Total Worked Hours = Total estimated hours of tasks + Total estimated hours of discrepancies

§  Worked Hours as of now = Total time bookings done for tasks + Total time bookings done for discrepancies

Remaining Work Hours = Total Worked Hours - Worked Hours as of now

Exec. Doc. Hold?

Indicates the Hold status of SWO #

  • Green - If SWO # is On-Hold

  • Orange - If SWO  is not 'On-Hold' or not available

Estimated?

Indicates the Estimation status of SWO #

  • Green - If Estimation Status is Confirmed Estimates/Released Estimates

  • Orange – If Estimation Status is other than Confirmed Estimates/ Released Estimates

Note: This card will not be available, if Estimation is 'Not Required' and, if SWO # is not based on customer order

Quoted?

Indicates the Quotation status of SWO #

  • Green- If Quotation status is Approved

  • Orange-If Quotation status is other than Approved

Note: This card will not be available, if Estimation is 'Not Required' and if SWO # is not based on customer order

CO Hold?

Indicates the Hold status of the customer order associated with SWO#

  • Green - If customer order associated with SWO # is On-Hold

  • Orange - If customer order associated with SWO # is not On-Hold
