Apply Hold popup

The “Apply Hold” popup appears with the following details of the tasks selected in the multiline of the Shop Quick Actions Hub page.

Hold Code

Use the drop-down list to select the hold code that you want to associate to the hold action. The drop-down list box displays the Active hold codes defined in Common Master.

Process Parameter dependency: In case of one or more holds against the task / discrepancy, if all the hold codes have the process parameter “Caused by” under the entity type Hold Type set as 0 for Internal in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master, the  icon is displayed in the HS column of the “Shop Quick Actions Hub” multiline for the record. Alternately, if the task / discrepancy against which one or more hold codes with “Caused by” are set as 1 for Customer / 2 for Supplier, the  icon appears in the HS column of the “Shop Quick Actions Hub” multiline for the record.

Additional details on the reasons for halting the execution of the tasks.

The icon appears in the “HS” column for the selected records in multiline.
