Apply Hold popup
Select one or more tasks / discrepancies in the multiline of the “Shop Quick Action Hub” page.
Click on the “Hold” button to open the “Apply Hold” popup.
The “Apply Hold” popup appears with the following details of the tasks selected in the multiline of the Shop Quick Actions Hub page.
Enter the following details:
Task # / Discrep. # |
The task / discrepancy Note: This field is visible only if you have selected a single task / discrepancy. If you have selected multiple records, this field is not available. |
Description |
The description of the task / description. Note: This field is visible only if you have selected a single task / discrepancy. If you have selected multiple records, this field is not available. |
Hold Code |
Use the drop-down list to select the hold code that you want to associate to the hold action. The drop-down list box displays the Active hold codes defined in Common Master. Process
Parameter dependency: In case of one or more holds against the
task / discrepancy, if all the hold codes have the process parameter
“Caused by” under the entity type Hold Type set as 0 for Internal
in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master, the

Additional details on the reasons for halting the execution of the tasks. |
Click the “Apply Hold” button.
The icon appears in the
“HS” column for the selected records in multiline.
