Viewing authorization details of the release slip

This page allows you to view the authorization status of the RS. Tell me more.

Select the “View Authorize Audit Trail” link in the “Authorize Release Slip” page.

The “View Authorize Audit Trail” page appears.

The system displays the following field.

Date and Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “RS Info” group box:

RS #	The number identifying the RS selected in the previous page.
Amendment #	The number identifying the latest amendment of the RS.
Status	The status of the RS.
RS Type	The type of the RS, which could be “Normal” or “Express”.
	Normal – The release slip, which can have any stockable item.
	Express – The release slip raised in urgent situations.

The system displays the following in the “RS Details” group box:

RS Date	The date on which the RS was raised.
Priority	The priority of the RS, which could be “AOG”, “Critical”, “Expedite” or “Routine”.
Part Type	The type of the part for which the RS was raised.
Category	The category to which the RS belongs.
Supplier #	The code that identifies the supplier.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier.
Basic Value	The basic value of the RS.
Total Value	The total value of the RS. The sum of the basic value and the additional charges is displayed here.

The system displays the following in the “Document Status Details” multiline:

User Name	The name of the user who authorized the selected RS.
Authorization Level / PC	The authorization level number or the purchase committee to which the user belongs.
Status From	The status from which the RS was authorized by the user.
Status To	The status to which the RS was authorized by the user.
Date and Time	The date and time when the RS was authorized.
Remarks	Any additional comments regarding the authorization.
