This page allows you to view pending return quantity.

The “View Pending Return Qty” page appears.

Ref. Document #

The number identifying the reference document based against which the parts must be returned (Alphanumeric, 18).

Ref. Document Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the reference document of the spare parts that has to be returned.  The system lists the options as “General Issue”, “Unplanned Issue”, “Component Work Order”, “Tech Log”, “Material Request” and “Return Slip”   

Ref. Doc Location

Use the drop-down list box to select the location of the reference document. The system lists the unique organization units of the interacting components such as the “Issue”, “Return Slip”, the “Component Work Order”,  the “Tech Log” and "Material Request".

Return Basis

Use the drop-down list box to select the basis on which the part must be returned. The system lists values such as "Core", "Excess" and "Returnable".

Part #

The number identifying the part available in the receipt you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the receipts, which are similar to the value entered here irrespective of their status.

Part Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the part, which could be “Raw Material”, “Component”, “Expendable ”, “Tool”, “Kit”  “Consumable”, "Miscellaneous" or “Blank”. The system displays “Blank” by default.

The system displays the following in the “Parts Information” group box:

Ref. Document #

The number identifying the reference document for which the parts must be returned.

Ref. Document Type

The type of the reference document of the parts that have to be returned. The system lists all the interacting components of the document type. The system displays “Blank” by default.

Issue Part #

The number identifying the part that has been issued.

Lot #

The number identifying the lot to which the part belongs.

Serial #

The serial number of the part.

Pending Return Qty

The quantity of the part pending to be returned.

Return Basis

The basis on which the part must be returned.

Issued Quantity

The quantity of the part issued.

Issued UOM

The unit of measurement of the part issued.

Part Type

The type of the part.

To proceed, carry out the following
