Viewing reference document details for material return

This page allows you to view the reference information for the material return document. You can view the document type, the reference document number and the file name of the reference document.

Select the “View References” link at the bottom of the “View Material Return” page.

The “View References” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Return Details” group box:

Return #	The number identifying the material return document for which the reference details have to be specified.
Return Type	The type to which the material return document belongs.
Return Category	The category to which the material return document belongs.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Reference Doc Type	The type to which the reference document belongs.
Document ID	The name of the referenced document containing details of the material return.
File Name	The file name of the reference document pertaining to the stock return.
Remarks	Any additional remark or comment pertaining to the reference document.
