Modifying task

• Double-click the task # on the time bar in the Gantt chart.

A window appears with the following details of the task.

• Aircraft  Reg #

• Task #

• Planned Start Date

• Planned End Date

• Elapsed Time [Hours]

• Work Center #

• Comments

• Rem. Days/FH/FC

• Scheduled Date

• % Yield

• Instance #

• Due at Date / FH / FC

• Interval Calendar / FH / FC

• Part #/Serial #/Position #

• Est. Man Hours

• Modify those details that are displayed with an asterisk on the left.

Note: The system allows for update of estimated man hours of only those tasks that are discrepancies.

• Select the Plan Jobs pushbutton to save the changes made to the task.
