Viewing the issue documents for the repair order
This page allows you to view the issue documents raised for a repair order. You can specify the repair order for which you wish to view the list of issue documents.
Select the “View Issue List” link at the bottom of the “View Repair Order” page.
The “View Issue Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Ø Enter the following field in the “Repair Order Document” group box:
Repair Order # |
The number identifying the repair order for which you need to view the issue details (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton provided alongside, to retrieve the issue documents created for the repair order.
The system displays the following fields in the “Repair Order Issues” multiline:
Issue # |
The number identifying the issue document created for the repair order. |
Issue Date |
The date on which the issue document was created. |
Status |
The status of the issue document, which could be one of the following: “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Cancelled”, “Released”, “Issued”, “Acknowledged”, “Quoted”, “Confirmed”, “Authorized”, “Under Auth.”, “Amended” or “BER Closed”. |
Created By |
The name of the user who created the issue document. |
Created Date |
The date on which the issue document was created. |
Confirmed By |
The name of the user who confirmed the issue document. |
Confirmed Date |
The date on which the issue document was confirmed. |
