Generating NC analysis reports

This page allows you to view or print the non-conformities analysis report which include root cause category analysis and audit type analysis
Select the “Generate Non-Conformities Analysis Report” link under the “Audit Management Reports” business component.
The “Generate NC Analysis Report “page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Specify the following in the “Report Criteria” group box.

From Date |
The starting date in the range of dates from which you need to retrieve the reports (Date Format). Mandatory. The system retrieves all the reports from the date that is similar to the value entered here. |

From To |
The ending date in the range of dates till which you need to retrieve the reports (Date Format). Mandatory. The system searches all the reports till the date that is similar to the value entered here. |

Audit Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the audit type of the report. The system displays the following values: Supplier, Employee, Station, Work Center, Warehouse and, Others. The system leaves the field blank by default. |

Display Option |
Use the drop-down list to display report pertaining to a specific entity or all the audit entity. The options are either Selected Entity or All Entity The system displays Selected Entity by default. |

Org. Unit # |
The name of the organization unit in which the audit was carried out. |
Specify the following in the “Report Options” group box.

Report Action |
Use the drop-down list to select the report for viewing or printing. |
Select the “ Generate NC Analysis Report” link to view or print the NC analysis report.
