Setting Options

This activity allows you to set the default option for the Field maintenance reports.

Select the “Set Options” link under the “Field Maintenance Reports” business component.

The “Set Options” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appear in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Enter the following in the “Set Details” group box:

Default Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:

Print – Select this option to print the report.
Print Preview-Select this option to view the report before printing.
View Report– Select this option to view the report.

The system displays the option “View Report” by default.

Click the “Set Options” pushbutton to set the default report action.

Note: The default report action selected here is updated in the “Report Action” field of the current business component.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box.

Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who modified the option settings.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the option settings were modified.
