Generating Fuel/Oil Log Reports
In this activity, you can generate fuel/oil log reports.
Select the “Generate Fuel/Oil Log Reports” link under the “Field Maintenance Reports” business component.
The “Generate Fuel/Oil Log Report” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appear in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for aircraft for which fuel/oil log report must be generated. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft for which fuel/oil log report is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the aircraft with the registration number entered here. |
Aircraft Model # |
The model to which the aircraft belongs (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the model number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the aircraft with the model number entered here. |
Aircraft Group # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the group to which the aircraft belongs. The system lists all the values as defined in the “Create Aircraft Group” activity of the “Aircraft” business component. Leave this field blank to retrieve aircraft irrespective of the group. |
Planning Base |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit in which the aircraft is defined. The system lists all the values as defined in the “Create Aircraft Record” activity of the “Aircraft” business component. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the aircraft irrespective of the organization unit. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft for which fuel/oil report is to be generated. |
Aircraft Model # |
The model number of the aircraft for which fuel/oil report is to be generated. |
Planning Base |
The organizational unit in which the aircraft is defined. |
Select at least one aircraft in the multiline, for which fuel/oil log report has to be generated.
Enter the following field in the “Report Options” group box:
From Date |
The starting date, in the range of dates for which the report must be generated (Date Format). By default, the system displays the date, which is six months earlier than the current system date. |
To Date |
The ending date, in the range of dates for which the report must be generated (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered is not earlier than the “From Date”. By default the system displays the current system date. |
Fuel UOM |
Use the drop-down list box to select the unit of measurement for the fuel consumed by the aircraft. The system lists the UOM set for the part in the “Part # Used For Fuel” field in the “Set Options” activity of the “Flight Log” business component. The system also lists all other valid UOM defined for part in the “Maintain UOM Conversions” of “Part Administration” business component. |
APU Oil UOM |
Use the drop-down list box to select the unit of measurement for the APU oil consumed by the aircraft. The system lists the UOM set for the part in the “Part # Used For APU Oil” field in the “Set Options” activity of the “Flight Log” business component. The system also lists all other valid UOM defined for part in the “Maintain UOM Conversions” of “Part Administration” business component. |
Hydraulic Oil UOM |
Use the drop-down list box to select the unit of measurement for the hydraulic oil consumed by the aircraft. The system lists the UOM set for the part in the “Part # Used For Hydraulic Oil” field in the “Set Options” activity of the “Flight Log” business component. The system also lists all other valid UOM defined for part in the “Maintain UOM Conversions” of “Part Administration” business component. |
Engine Oil UOM |
Use the drop-down list box to select the unit of measurement for the engine oil consumed by the aircraft. The system lists the UOM set for the part in the “Part # Used For Engine Oil” field in the “Set Options” activity of the “Flight Log” business component. The system also lists all other valid UOM defined for part in the “Maintain UOM Conversions” of “Part Administration” business component. |
Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:
By default, the system displays the option selected in the “Default Report Action” field in the “Set Options” activity of the current business component. |
Select the “Generate Fuel/Oil Log Report” link to generate fuel/oil log report for the aircraft selected in the multiline.
