Generating labor reporting list
You can generate a report that contains labor reporting details.
Select the “Generate Labor Reporting List” link under the “Hangar Maintenance Reports” business component.
The “Select Visit Package” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the date format is not defined, the system displays the organization level format. |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the visit package. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Visit Package # |
The number identifying the visit package for which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. Leave this field blank to search for all the visit packages. |
Title |
The description of the visit package to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the visit packages whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number for which the labor reporting details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the visit packages that are created for the aircraft similar to the value entered here. |
Aircraft Model # |
The number identifying aircraft model number (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the visit packages that are created for the aircraft model similar to the value entered here. |
Work Order # |
The number of the work order for which the report is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the work order number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the visit packages with the work orders that are similar to the number entered here. |
Work Center # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the place of maintenance execution to which the visit package is associated. The system lists all the work centers of all the organization units defined in the system. The system retrieves all the visit packages with the work center specified here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the visit packages, irrespective of the work centers. |
Employee # |
The employee for whom you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 15). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee for whom the report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 15). You can enter the name in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
Reported Date: From |
The date from which the reporting details must be selected for report generation (Date format). |
Reported Date: To |
The date until which the reporting details must be selected for report generation (Date format). |
Org. Unit # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the organization unit. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve visit packages irrespective of the organization unit. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Visit Package # |
The number identifying the visit package. |
Title |
The description of the visit package. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number. |
Aircraft Model # |
The number identifying the aircraft model. |
Work Order # |
The number of the work order for which the report is to be generated. |
Work Center # |
The number identifying the work center, to which the work order is attached. |
Employee # |
The employee code for whom the report is generated. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee for whom the report is generated. |
Reported Date |
The date for which reporting details are retrieved. |
Org. Unit # |
The number identifying the organization unit in which the visit package is created. |
Enter the following field in the “Report Options” group box:
Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following option:

Sort by |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the field by which the report must be sorted. The report can be sorted based on “Emp #" or "Work Order #". The system sets the field to “Emp #” by default. |
Select the “Generate Labour Reporting List” link to generate the labor reporting list.
