You can generate a Certificate of Maintenance (CoM) report, for the maintenance activities carried out on an aircraft. A CoM certifies that the maintenance work has been properly carried out and the signatories are satisfied.

The “View Certificate of Maintenance Report” page appears.

CoM #

The number that identifies the certificate of maintenance for which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the CoMs that are similar to the values entered here.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number for which the CoM details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the CoMs that are created for the aircraft that are similar to the value entered here.

Aircraft Model #

The number identifying aircraft model number (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the CoMs that are created for the aircraft model that are similar to the value entered here.

Manufacturer Serial #

The number identifying the serial number issued by the manufacturer (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the CoMs that are created for the aircraft with the manufacturer serial number entered here.

Project Code

The project code associated to the visit package (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the CoMs whose project codes are similar to the project code entered here.

Visit Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the visit package for which certificate of maintenance report must be generated. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Visit Package #

The visit package number for which the certificate of maintenance report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the CoMs created for the visit package numbers that are similar to the value entered here.

Visit Type

Use the drop-down list box to indicate the type of the visit package to be retrieved, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”. The system retrieves all the CoMs created for the visit type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve CoMs irrespective of the visit type. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Title

The description of the visit package to be retrieved. You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character (Alphanumeric, 150). The system retrieves all the CoMs created for the visit packages whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the customer number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the CoMs created for the visit packages raised for the customer number entered here.

Org. Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit.  Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve all the CoMs created for the visit package irrespective of the organization unit.

Note: The system retrieves all the visit packages that are in “Partially Released” or “Released” status.

CoM #

The number identifying the visit package for which the certificate of maintenance report has to be generated.

Visit Type

The type of the visit package, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”.

Title

The description of the visit package.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft.

Org. Unit #

The number identifying the organization unit, with which the Hangar Work Order is associated.

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:

  • View Report – Select this option to view the Certificate of Maintenance report.

  • Print – Select this option to print the Certificate of Maintenance report.
