You can generate a report on the pending maintenance activities that must be performed on the aircraft registration number /aircraft model number /Manufacturer serial number.

The “Select Aircraft” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the date format is not defined, the system displays the organization level format.

Aircraft Reg #

The code identifying the registration number of the aircraft for which the maintenance activities pending list must be generated (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the aircraft registration numbers which are similar to the number entered. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft irrespective of the number.

Aircraft Model #

The code identifying the model of the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the aircraft models similar to the number entered. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft irrespective of the model number.

Manufacturer Serial #

The number identifying the serial number issued by the manufacturer (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the aircraft models similar to the number entered. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft irrespective of the manufacturer serial number.

Default Maint Base

Use the drop-down list box to select the default maintenance base for the aircraft. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of the maintenance base. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Job Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the job type. The system lists the options “Aircraft”, ”On-Wing” and “Component Removal”. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft irrespective of the job type.

The system lists all the options only if the option “Allocation of On-Wing / Component Jobs to Visit Package” is set as "By Central Planner" or "By Central planner / Component Planner" in the “Visit Package” business component.

If the option is set as "By Component Planner", then the system lists only “Aircraft”.

Sub Fleet #

Use the drop-down list box to select the sub fleet. The system lists all the sub fleets defined in the “Aircraft Maintenance Forecast” business component for the login organization unit. Leave the field blank to retrieve aircraft irrespective of the sub fleet. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Customer #

The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the login ID in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the customer numbers which are similar to the number entered. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of the customer.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Aircraft Reg  #

The registration number of the aircraft.

Aircraft Model #

The model to which the aircraft belongs.

Manufacturer Serial #

The serial number issued by the manufacturer for the part.

Default Maint Base

The organization unit that has been set as the default maintenance base.

Job Type

The job type of the work order, which could be “Aircraft”, ”On-Wing” and “Component Removal”.

Sub Fleet #

The number identifying the sub fleet.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer.

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:

  • View Report – Select this option to view the pending activities report.

  •  Print – Select this option to print the pending activities report.

Date Range : From

The starting date, in the range of dates, from which the report must be generated (Date Format). The system lists all the activities pending after this date.

Date Range : To

The ending date, in the range of dates, till which the report must be generated (Date Format). The system lists all the activities pending before this date.
